Life’s challenges can often bury our inner wisdom, and my role is to help you uncover it, reconnect with your strengths, and live authentically. Rather than “fixing,” I see therapy as “returning”—reclaiming the parts of ourselves we’ve had to set aside or quiet amidst life’s challenges.
Our sessions will be a collaborative process to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing skills to navigate challenges more effectively.
I am committed to providing evidence-based, personalized and authentic care in English or Tagalog.
Together, we will identify your goals, work through obstacles, and build strategies that foster resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.

As someone who has navigated the complexities of identity, culture, and belonging, I understand how heavy it can feel to carry expectations, responsibilities, and emotions that are not always spoken about. I know what it’s like to hold things in, to try to be strong for others, and to quietly search for a space where you can finally just be. These experiences shape the way I show up—with warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to understand your story, not just your struggles.
My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful and lasting change comes through self-awareness, connection, and empowerment. I support clients in gently exploring their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also helping them make sense of how their past experiences may be influencing their present. Through this process, clients can begin to develop deeper insight, self-compassion, and clarity.

I appreciate that each one of us comes from different backgrounds, experiences, and worldviews that contribute to who we are today. Counselling consists of a therapeutic process, where I will guide you through the challenges you are facing and help you explore new ways of thinking and being. I believe that everyone should have a safe, supportive, and non judgemental space to express their feelings and thoughts, where vulnerability is welcomed and encouraged.
As a South Asian woman, I bring a unique perspective to the therapeutic space and offer valuable insights into fostering cultural inclusivity. My lived experience and growing up in a multicultural society has given me a unique ability to see cultures from a different viewpoint; both the importance of values and beliefs that come from our cultures, whilst also recognizing the internal conflicts they can cause us as individuals.
I have ten years of experience as a Behaviour Interventionist working with children, youth, and adults, with disabilities, such as Autism, ADHD, OCD, and Down Syndrome, that has taught me the importance of consistent support, promoting positive behaviour, and enhancing communication skills.
I am also a Family Lawyer , which allows for a unique perspective on conflict resolution, emotional support, and stress management. My counselling background enhances my ability to listen actively, negotiate effectively, and provide clients with holistic support, whether they are facing a difficult situation or other life-altering matters.
